Our apprenticeship trades in Bad Waltersdorf
Have you already completed a technical school or have your Matura in your pocket? We also offer a shortened apprenticeship, in which your previous training is credited. Soon many new professions will emerge and a completed apprenticeship in upscale hospitality lays the ideal foundation for this.
Cook (f/m)
You learn to conjure culinary delights from regional ingredients. From preparation to the finished plate.
Duration: 3 years
Restaurant specialist (f/m)
You become a pro in service, from setting the table to serving to wine advice.
Duration: 3 years
Hotel & catering assistant (f/m)
You get to know all areas of the hotel, from reception to housekeeping to administration.
Duration: 3 years
Gastronomy specialist (f/m)
A combination of kitchen and service. You can do both and are therefore particularly flexible.
Duration: 4 years

When can I start the apprenticeship?
Basically at any time. Most apprentices start in September, but starting at other times is also possible.
Do I have to live in Bad Waltersdorf?
No. We offer accommodation for apprentices. This way you can also come to us from other regions.
How does vocational school work?
Vocational school takes place in blocks. We will discuss the exact times with you.
Can I also do an apprenticeship with Matura?
Yes, that is possible. We support you with it.
What happens after the apprenticeship?
Many of our apprentices stay in the business and develop further. We support your career even after the training.
