We work closely with producers we know and trust. Seasonal products, short distances, a respectful approach to food – for us this is not a concept but daily practice.
What ends up on your plate comes preferably from the neighbourhood. Wines along the Römerweinstraße, cheese from the local dairy, pumpkin seed oil and schnapps distilleries from the region.
Your breakfast in the morning
Start the day in a relaxed way. The generous breakfast buffet offers regional products and everything a good morning needs.
Fresh bread and rolls, regional treats, fruit and cold cuts – and at the front-cooking station we prepare your egg dish fresh, just the way you like it.

Monday – Friday: 7:00–10:30
Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: 7:30–11:00
Your 6-course dinner
In the evening, our kitchen team conjures up an exceptional 6-course menu for you. On Fridays you can enjoy a generous themed buffet.
After dinner, have a drink at our hotel bar SAPHYRIA and let the evening wind down in a relaxed way.
