You can redeem your collected “Wellen” in various ways – for example for wellness offers, extras such as a candlelit dinner or chocolate fondue, and also for selected holiday offers. This variety lets you use your collected balance according to your personal preferences.

Every stay is rewarded!
In the Guest Club you collect points in the form of Wellen. For every room spend on your private stay (excluding voucher purchases), 2% of the total is credited to you (conversion: € 10 credit = 100 Wellen). You can redeem these Wellen on your next stay or keep collecting.
Can Wellen expire?
Yes, Wellen expire after 3 years. (Exception: Wellen you receive for your birthday expire after 60 days.)
How is the bonus level calculated?
The bonus level is calculated based on your spend over the last 2 years. There are 4 bonus levels in total, each offering different benefits.
What can I use the Wellen for?
As a club member you secure access to exclusive holiday offers, you’re informed in advance about promotions and specials, and you can redeem your collected Wellen for extras such as a candlelit dinner or chocolate fondue.

Log in to the Guest Club portal. Under “Referral”, enter the details of your friends or acquaintances and send the holiday recommendation.
If they book a stay with us at the SPA RESORT STYRIA****S (only valid on the first visit of your referred friends or acquaintances) at our resort, you receive 300 “Wellen” credited to your account.
Your referred friends or acquaintances receive a one-time 300 “Wellen” as a welcome bonus.
Bonus levels
Your loyalty is rewarded. Our bonus levels Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond give you additional benefits on every stay. Your referred friends or acquaintances receive a one-time 300 Wellen as a welcome bonus.
The SPA RESORT STYRIA reserves the right to exclude members from the customer club in the event of misuse of the club, breaches of the terms and conditions, the house rules or for other reasons. Separate notification is not required.
