Senior Spa Suite: whirlpool tub and sauna in the room
You arrive, the minibar is already stocked. The balcony faces east, in the morning the sun shines directly into the room. The view stretches across the golf course, behind it the gentle hills of the Thermen- & Vulkanland.
The suite is 80 m². Enough space to get out of each other’s way when you want to. And enough to be close when you want to. The Finnish sauna stands right in the room, the whirlpool tub too. The bathroom architecture is open-plan, shower and bathtub are separate, plus a separate WC. A separate living area, a walk-in wardrobe, a schlafWOLKE7 mattress that lives up to its name.

2,500 m² GOLD SPA: when the suite gets too small
The healing thermal water from Bad Waltersdorf comes from 1,200 metres deep at 62 °C. In the indoor and outdoor pool you experience it tempered to around 35 °C. After an hour in it, the body feels different. Lighter. Calmer.
In the GOLD SPA you have five saunas, an aroma steam bath, an infrared sauna and daily guided infusions at your disposal. Those seeking even more togetherness book the private spa, an enclosed area exclusively for you. Treatment rooms for massages and body treatments are also bookable.

Styrian cuisine and evenings that are in no hurry
In the PANORAMA restaurant the day begins with a rich breakfast buffet and front-cooking station. In the evening in the PANORAMA restaurant: regional products wherever possible. Wines from the Römerweinstraße, cheese from the local dairy, pumpkin seed oil from the Vulkanland.
Those who want to make the evening special book a candlelight dinner from € 50 per person, a bottle of sparkling wine from € 32 or pralines to the room from € 14. In between, the GOLD SPA bistro, reachable straight in your bathrobe. In the evening: hotel bar SAPHYRIA, daily from 16:00.
Bad Waltersdorf: arrive and stay
The SPA RESORT STYRIA****S is located in Bad Waltersdorf in the 2-Thermenregion Bad Waltersdorf in the Thermen- & Vulkanland Styria. Free parking right in front of the house, partly covered. Those who wish can explore the region: golf right opposite, hiking trails from the hotel door, excursions to Riegersburg or to Zotter chocolate.
Those who prefer not to simply stay in the suite.
Adults only throughout the house
The SPA RESORT STYRIA****S is adults only, and you notice this not only in the suite. Already at breakfast in the PANORAMA restaurant you notice that the atmosphere is different. Calmer conversations, no crowding at the buffet, no early departure because of tired children. The house is aimed at adults from 16 years, throughout the entire area, without exception.
Two days. Three days. Sometimes that is enough to arrive back at yourself.
