The healing thermal water from Bad Waltersdorf rises at 62 °C from 1.200 metres deep and is brought to approx. 35 °C for the indoor and outdoor pool. Rich in minerals, recognised as a healing resource by the Styrian provincial government and one of the highest-quality healing thermal waters in Austria. Anyone who has been here understands the difference.

Spacious relaxation areas, a panorama lounge, extensive gardens and a shady lawn await you.
Choose whatever suits you best in the moment. A soothing massage, an infusion in the earth sauna, a restful walk or some time out in the healing thermal water.
As a hotel guest, the entire GOLD SPA area is at your disposal throughout your stay. You can collect bath towels at any time at the SPA reception on the first lower level.
For day guests, we open the GOLD SPA in limited numbers as a Day Spa or After Work Spa.

From the gentle infrared sauna to the 95 °C Finnish sauna, the sauna world of the SPA RESORT STYRIA****S has the right thing for every type of warmth. A special highlight is the daily guided infusions in the earth sauna, which guests describe again and again as one of the finest experiences in the house.
Spa treatments
Massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs and combination treatments – the treatment offering in the GOLD SPA is broad and deep. Those who secure an appointment early can tailor their stay to exactly what the body needs right now.
Private Spa
A room of your own, just for two. Steam bath, water bed, scrub and care creams. 50 minutes of togetherness without distraction. The Styrian Silence can be wonderfully embedded into a wellness day.

Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. Enjoy our GOLD SPA to the fullest and leave the workday behind you. Your first drink at the SAPHYRIA hotel bar is on the house. From € 27,- per person.
