• Every holiday is rewarded!

• In the Guest Club you collect points in the form of waves. From each room revenue, 2% of the total amount is credited to you (conversion factor € 10 = 100 points). You can redeem or collect these waves during your next stay.

• Can waves lose their validity?
  Yes, the waves expire after 3 years. (Exception: waves you receive for your birthday expire after 60 days).

• What can I use the waves for?
  As a club member, you secure access to exclusive holiday offers, you are informed in advance about promotions and specials and you can redeem your collected waves for additional services such as candle light dinner, chocolate fondue or a bottle of sparkling wine or convert them into a value voucher for your next holiday with us.

• Recommend us to others…
  Log into the guest club portal – enter the details of your friends or acquaintances under “Recommendation” and send your holiday recommendation. If they book a stay with us at the SPA RESORT STYRIA (only valid for the first visit of your recommended friends or acquaintances) in our resort, you will receive 300 waves credited to your account.
