Spa entry on the day of arrival and departure

- on the day of departure you can use the spa area until 11.a.m.
Would you like to extend your relaxation?
- SPA admission on arrival day from 9:00 am: € 27 per person incl. spa bag on loan
- SPA admission on departure day until 6:00 pm: € 27 per person incl. spa bag on loan
- Holiday with dog: we charge a flat rate of € 25 per night in room, in Suite of € 35 per night (without food) for your four-legged friend.
- Dogs are welcome in your room, the lobby and the bar area. (However, we kindly inform you that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, breakfast room, pool area and Spa).
- By 2 days before the date of arrival: NO cancellation fee is charged (6.00 p.m. local time)If you cancel within the 2 days we allow ourselves to charge the following cancellation fees
- up to 1 day before the date of arrival (18.00 local time) 50% of the total amount of the booked stay
- Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the booked stay
- In case of delayed arrival or premature departure the total amount will be charged
(special conditions for Christmas and New Year and packages)
- A cancellation is not possible.
- 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking. After completing your booking, you will receive a payment link through which payment must be made.The cancellation fee is 100% of the booked package.
Please note that payment with vouchers from other providers is not possible.
Rebooking is possible up to 7 days before arrival for a fee of €35. If the room rate for the rebooked date differs from the original booking, the price difference is due immediately.
