- SPA admission on arrival day from 9:00 am: € 25 per person incl. spa bag on loan
- SPA admission on departure day until 6:00 pm: € 25 per person incl. spa bag on loan
- Holiday with dog: we charge a flat rate of € 25 per night (without food) for your four-legged friend.
- Dogs are welcome in your room, the lobby and the bar area. (However, we kindly inform you that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, breakfast room, pool area and Spa).
- By 2 days before the date of arrival: NO cancellation fee is charged (6.00 p.m. local time)If you cancel within the 2 days we allow ourselves to charge the following cancellation fees
- up to 1 day before the date of arrival (18.00 local time) 50% of the total amount of the booked stay
- Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the booked stay
- In case of delayed arrival or premature departure the total amount will be charged

- A cancellation or rebooking ist not possible free of charge. The cancellation fee is 100 percent of the stay.
- 100% prepayment at the time of reservation
- after completing the booking you will recieve a payment link via which the payment must be made
- A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. Depending on the rate booked the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card in advance or to send you a payment link.
