in order to make your holiday with us at the SPA RESORT STYRIA as relaxing and safe as possible, we naturally implement all the prescribed hygienic standards conscientiously in our resort – because your safety, but also that of our employees, is very important to us. We ad here very closely to the guidelines of the federal government and always adapt them when new guidelines are announced. By complying with the measures in the hotel, you also ensure a safe coexistence and contribute to containing the Corona virus. Thank you for your support!

Good to know: Our measures at a glance

You have recovered?

Provide us with a medical confirmation of an infection survived in the last 180 days or a corresponding segregation certificate (not older than 180 days). Proof of neutralizing antibodies is not sufficient as 2G proof.


You have already been vaccinated?

Please provide us with proof of your full immunization with a vaccine recognized in the EU after double or single vaccination (e.g. Moderna, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Johnson & Johnson). In this case, additional PCR testing is not required.

The validity of vaccination certificates has been reduced by the government from twelve to nine months.


A transitional period of four weeks will apply to 2G detection, i.e. during this period, vaccination in conjunction with PCR testing will already be considered proof. The daily updated and latest valid guidelines of the Austrian Federal Government are considered binding!


A pure PCR-test is NOT allowed anymore.

Our cancellation conditions – because holidays should not be difficult for you!

Reservations and stays can be cancelled or postponed free of charge within 48 hours before arrival.
Deposits already made will be converted into a value voucher without time limit on request.

It is a great concern of ours to look after your health – but it is also a matter close to our hearts to enchant you with unforgettable culinary evenings in our restaurant. Therefore, we invite you to enjoy your evening 5-course dinner either at 6:00 pm or 8:00 pm. Please let us know your preferred time in writing at at least one day before your arrival. Please understand that we only have a limited contingent available for each meal time. We will try to fulfil your request as best as possible.

Our rich breakfast is available to you, according to your individual wishes, from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.. Our service staff will assign you your personal seat.

Unrestricted holidays, in compliance with the 2G rule is possible again. Nevertheless, we recommend that you observe the generally applicable hygiene measures:

Even though it may seem appropriate in our culture – please refrain from “shaking hands”.
Our soaps smell excellent and care for your skin – hence our offer: Please wash your hands as often as possible. Our disinfection stands are also everywhere.

Please refrain from using the lift as much as possible from day 2 of your arrival – climbing stairs keeps you fit and healthy anyway!
