• Mouth and nose protection: Mouth and nose protection must be worn in all public areas of the resort. You are welcome to remove it from your assigned seat in the restaurant and in the wet area of the wellness area. If the safety distance of 1 meter cannot be kept, we recommend to wear the Mouth and Nose Protector in all areas. Have you forgotten yours at home? We have some available at the hotel reception.

• Minimum distance: There are notices on the minimum distance of 1 meter in all areas – please keep them. Furthermore we ask you to avoid traffic jam situations.

• Disinfection & Hygiene: Please take every opportunity to wash or disinfect your hands. Disinfection stations are located in all public areas. Our already very high cleaning standards will be intensified. Avoid touching your face with dirty hands, sneezing or coughing into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief.

• Contactless payment: Please pay contactless whenever possible.

• Health/disease: Your health is important to us. Please do not travel if you have any signs of illness. If you should show symptoms of illness during your stay, please contact the hotel reception immediately – we will be happy to help you!

• Our tables have a minimum distance of 1 meter to the neighboring table. You can order food and drinks to your room at any time. Drinks and small dishes can be consumed as usual in the bar and in the SPA-Bistro.

• Here again especially to the buffets:
  Everything you can take from the buffet is clearly signposted. Here you need to disinfect your hands and wear the mouth and nose protection and gloves prepared for you. You will find detailed information at the restaurant entrance.

• Our SPA extends over 2.500 m². Here we ask you to follow the instructions of our supervisory staff in particular. Our loungers are aligned with the required distance. Please do not move them on your own, but contact our lifeguards if necessary.

• Water world: In the water, a distance of at least 1 meter must be kept. Please keep to the personnel limits, which you will find at the respective pool entrance.

• Sauna world: Our sauna area is exclusively at your disposal (except steam sauna). Please adhere to the person limitations which you will find at the respective sauna entrance.

You can use both areas as usual, but the distance rules must be observed here as well. Our fitness courses take place with a limited number of participants. We strongly recommend a reservation in advance.

For the time of the restrictions due to COVID-19 the following addition to the GTC’s is valid. The company implements the recommendation of the Ministry of Health for Health “Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 – status 13.05.2020” and asks the guest of our resort to follow the recommendations.

What has to be observed by the bathing guest:

• Keep distance: generally keep a distance of at least 1 meter from person to person (personal responsibility!); observe distance markings.
• Moorings/staying places: between the individual moorings/staying places a distance of at least 1 meter in all directions must be kept.
• Basin: in the water (treated and disinfected), keep a distance of 1-2 meters (except for short periods when the water level falls below the limit).
• Sauna facilities: in the cabins, keep a distance of at least 1 meter in each direction. It is not recommended to make infusions and waving in the sauna cabin, in order not to spread breathing aerosols additionally.
• For persons living in the same household, the rules of distance do not apply. This also applies to guests accommodated in a common residential unit, provided that the facilities concerned are affiliated to an accommodation facility in accordance with BHygG.
